"A Heart to Heart Talk" is an event that's deliberate about becoming the best versions of ourselves. The theme revolves around the heart chaka which is know as a balancing energy point located in the center breastbone of your chest. It's responsible for an individuals happiness, feelings of compassion and personal relationships. We'll kick off at 6:30 pm for happy hour and networking followed by a raffle giveaway. Then, we'll tap into a 2 minute guided meditation. Finally, we'll simmer with an an arts and crafts activity (optional).
