Have you ever had an accountability partner? If so, then perhaps you know what it feels like to have a someone to call upon when you need a helping hand or someone to nudge you when you're slightly off track. The power of utilizing your network of friends, family, and colleagues can create a healthy exchange of character strengths.

The idea is to partner with someone whom you trust to give you honest feedback; someone you consider to be a part of your "wise counsel." This person is someone whom you trust will offer valid perspectives and give you honest feedback. "We have the power to help one another do it - We have to be living examples" according to Dre.

What is Mind Sex:

Mind Sex is a discussion forum that takes place every Wednesday in Brooklyn, New York. Hosted by present-day activist and entrepreneur, Stephan "ILL FLIX" Edwards, whose commitment is to provide a safe space for authentic and honest dialogue. Covering topics such as education, cultural misconceptions to relationships goals and issues. You name it, and it's up for discussion.
